Matthew Luchs, a First Vice President, serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Brandon Michaels Group at Marcus & Millichap. He is responsible for team management, agent training, all brokerage related activities, team growth, team branding, and the leasing & management division. He is uniquely fit for his role as he is exceptionally gifted and experienced in both Brokerage and Management. Luchs has a passion for helping and inspiring others by way of training the brokerage continuum, recruiting experienced and inexperienced agents, crafting detailed business plans, mentoring agents of all skill-sets, and increasing sales volume and revenues.

Matthew is highly skilled in both Brokerage and Management, having served as regional manager of one of Marcus & Millichap’s top producing offices. In his role as regional manager, Luchs was responsible for sales growth in excess of $1B annually and managed over 50 investment professionals.

Prior to Matthew’s successful role as a regional manager, he was a highly successful agent who handled in excess of $500 million in total sales volume. As a broker, Matthew’s passion and commitment to understanding each client’s individual needs allows him to partner with and advise clients with their best interest in hand, positioning them to make the most informed business decisions. By providing clients with state-of-the-art technology, real time market research, top tier financing solutions, and access to a national brokerage platform, Luchs is consistently superseding expectations by helping create, build, and preserve wealth for his clients.

His roles in both management and brokerage have enabled him to be highly skilled in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Market Analysis, Real Estate Transactions, and Analysis of Investment Properties.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree focused on Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Northridge.
