After joining the team of Todd Sanfilippo and Walter Smyth in 2015, Matt’s old school work ethic and values have led him to successfully complete over 600 transactions earning him the title of CBRE’s Rookie of the year in 2017. In addition, The Sacramento Association of Realtors (ACRE), recently honored Matt as a Rookie of the Year finalist in 2018 and a finalist NextGen Industrial Broker of the Year in 2020 & winning the award in 2021. Specializing in industrial/business park incubator properties, as well as owner user acquisitions, Matt focuses in assisting tenants and property owners with their real estate needs in a constantly varying market.
