Matt O’Hanlon is a Senior Associate at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate financing transactions on behalf of developers and owners nationwide. Prior to joining Arrow REA, Mr. O’Hanlon was an Associate at Meridian Capital Group, where he assisted in the execution of over $800 million in commercial financing transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial. Mr. O’Hanlon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
