Mark Peltin joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 with a focus on the sale of multifamily properties throughout the state of Wisconsin. Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. His focus was Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He started his career as a real estate appraiser (1986-2019). Mark obtained his broker's license in 1992. Mark was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019 and then First Vice President Investments in 2022. Mark received sales recognition awards in 2021 and 2022. Marcus & Millichap honored Mark as a Senior Investment Advisor (SIA) in 2023. This SIA distinction serves as recognition of exemplary performance, contributions to the firm, and excellence in client service. Since joining the firm, Mark has assisted many clients in the dispositions and/or acquisitions of properties, including Section 1031 Tax-Deferred exchanges from multifamily properties to either larger multifamily or net-leased properties. He has brokered in excess of 125 transactions involving over 1,750 units, totaling more than $190 million dollars.
