Mark is a Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a multi-housing development capital specialist with significant experience as a real estate capital advisor for institutional and regional multifamily developer clients. Mark has arranged GP equity, joint venture equity, participating debt, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, construction financing, and bridge take-out financing for product comprising more than $6 billion in total transactional volume. He has additional focuses of sourcing development sites for his developer clients and arranging JV equity for opportunity zone investments. His experience and ability to provide advisory level services makes him one of the leading placement agents for multifamily developers in the Western U.S. Since 2011, he has closed more than 60 multi-housing capital transactions comprising over $3.0 billion of capital, including 33 multifamily development JV partnerships.
