Mac Watson is an Associate with the CBRE East Bay Multifamily Investment Properties Group and supports the team's broad platform of business development, market research, financial analysis, property marketing and transaction management. Mac specializes in investment real estate brokerage with a focus in multifamily, mixed-use and land sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the team in 2019, Mac has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 1,000 apartment units representing more than $315 Million of transaction volume.
An East Bay native and graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mac uses his tenured local market knowledge and leverages CBRE’s broad platform to implement a sound real estate approach that maximizes value for his clients.
