Ken separates himself by teaming up with his wife’s design and construction firm, Lulu Lux Design. Their team can advise clients on design and renovations that will maximize rents and cash flow. Ken has a long list of clients who have maximized their return on investment in their multifamily assets either through 1031 exchange or renovation. Ken’s goal is to serve his clients and to understand what their needs and wants are from each property.
