Keith Kurland, Senior Managing Director, serves as co-head of the New York Capital Markets practice and is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing for all commercial real estate asset classes across the country. Mr. Kurland joined Walker & Dunlop in January 2020, as a result of the AKS Capital Partners acquisition. Mr. Kurland has placed over $35 billion of debt and equity throughout his career and brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience.
