About
Joshua Rosen joined Walker & Dunlop in 2019 and is based out of the company’s Chicago, Illinois office. As a Senior Managing Director in the FHA Finance group, Mr. Rosen is responsible for originating loans through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the company’s proprietary bridge lending program, with a focus on healthcare and senior housing finance. Mr. Rosen has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions during his career and brings over two decades of experience in the healthcare and senior housing industry.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Rosen was Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Capital One Multifamily Finance. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Branch Manager for Oppenheimer Multifamily Housing and Healthcare Finance where he closed the largest portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in the company’s history. Prior to his time at Oppenheimer, Mr. Rosen closed the company’s first two LEAN transactions as a vice president at Capmark Finance. Mr. Rosen began his career at Cambridge Realty Capital, where he was primarily responsible for originating and processing the firm’s senior housing pipeline.
