About
Jon is the Co-Owner/Operator of Paragon Real Estate Advisors and has focused great amounts of attention and his Seattle area expertise on identifying large-scope potential apartment development opportunities. Jon also functions as president of a few of his family’s companies (which include Paragon Real Estate Advisors) and operator of the HB Capital Companies which develops and owns institutional style apartment buildings, Indigo Real Estate Services which has over 10,000 apartment units under management, CP Capital which is an equity provider for national apartment developers that has been the major equity provider for over 75,000 apartment units nationally, and partakes in several other family businesses which includes a legacy investments, real estate portfolio and parking businesses. Jon went to undergraduate at the University of Puget Sound and prior to working in Real Estate work in tech and gained experience with technology, mergers and acquisitions. Jon is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Owner President Program. Outside of work, Jon can be found spending time with his family, coaching, skiing, hiking and traveling.
