Jodi was born and raised in Hyannis, and is a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. She graduated from UMass Dartmouth in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Jodi earned her MA Real Estate License in 2006 and has been employed with Bass River Properties since 2005, with a 2 year hiatus 2009-2011. Jodi wears many hats in the office. She is a sales agent for buyers and sellers. She is a rental agent who has signed hundreds of year-round rental contracts, and Jodi handles the day to day management of over 200 units owned and managed by Bass River Properties. She also oversees the accounting and coordinates maintenance staff and tenants, while communicating with owners. She is the friendly voice who answers the phone when you call. Jodi enjoys her job and life.
