Soon after receiving a salesperson license, Jim decided to earn his Broker license in 1995. Along with his flair for negotiating, he brings to the real estate sector a degree in economics from Rutgers University. Over the years, Jim has grown familiar with the New Brunswick scene and has since specialized in real estate for that area. In addition to the Greater New Brunswick area, he is also adept with property in Highland Park, South Brunswick and Somerset. As of recent, Jim has obtained his salesperson license in New York and is now open to practicing real estate in the area. In addition to building a positive relationship with his clients, his main objective is to maintain integrity while aiding clients in achieving their real estate goals.
