Jeremy Faltys is an Executive Vice President and co-leader of CBRE’s Dallas Multifamily Institutional Properties team, offering a wide range of experience including portfolio transactions, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, pre-sales, joint ventures and traditional deal structures. Mr. Faltys works in partnership with Daniel Baker to lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space including institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors and REITs.
Mr. Faltys joined CBRE in 2009 as a Senior Accountant specializing in accrual and cash basis accounting for industrial and commercial properties. He was part of a team that was responsible for trading over $1 billion of real estate out of failed financial institutions, while producing critical revenue for CBRE during the economic downturn in 2009 and 2010.
