Jennifer Whittington joined CBRE in 2015 to focus on agency leasing assignments and Tenant Representation in Orange County, utilizing her 16 years of commercial real estate experience to develop and implement creative and strategic real estate solutions for clients. Specializing in Orange County, Ms. Whittington has developed a reputation of exceptional knowledge and reliability throughout the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Whittington was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield for 6 years, where she completed approximately 800 listing transactions with her team, totaling over 10M square feet and $1.2B in value. Mrs. Whittington started her commercial real estate career at Arden Realty, Inc. in 2009 where she specialized in Landlord Representation of an office portfolio in Orange County and Phoenix, as well as marketing services for her team. In 2008, she helped negotiate over $5 million worth of lease transactions. In the nine years she was at Arden she had exposure to over 6 million square feet of office space. Mrs. Whittington holds a degree in Computer Design from Lamar University in Texas and is a member of CBRE’s Women’s Network.
