About
Jeff provides a unique and valuable perspective to the principal and advisory business, having honed his skills across the disciplines of development, brokerage, corporate finance, and law. Prior to founding Gauge, Jeff developed 1.3 million square feet of industrial space and completed 4 million square feet of industrial leases at Stream Realty Partners, earning the CoStar Power Broker Award in 2019 and 2020. His development projects have created several hundred million dollars in value for stakeholders, with the majority completed during his tenure at Trammell Crow Company. Beyond the numbers, Jeff possesses a spirit of lifelong curiosity and learning, and he believes that cultivating lasting, deep relationships is the path to ultimate meaning in business. With a son and two daughters, Jeff maintains an active regimen of coaching, supporting and volunteering in a variety of roles throughout Frostwood Elementary, Spring Branch-Memorial Sports Association and Chapelwood United Methodist Church. He still revels in his 2019 Boston Marathon finish but is keenly aware that the shelf-life on that one is quickly fading with a need for new and more reasonable athletic pursuits.
