Jeff Baxter is a leader in the field of real estate and sustainable development. As a founding partner in Cityvolve, Jeff has been at the helm of a number of transformational redevelopment projects within the Charleston area. He is a proponent of adaptive building reuse, urban infill development and strategic urban planning initiatives. He is frequently invited to participate on panels as a planning and development expert. In 2012, Jeff served as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston, teaching Sustainable Urbanism. Over the course of his career, Jeff has pursued a passion for tackling complicated redevelopment projects. Jeff was a member of the winning team from Harvard University in the 2003 Urban Land Institute/Gerald Hines Student Urban Design Competition.
