Mr. Solomon is responsible for the leasing and management of approximately 11 million square feet within Vornado’s New York portfolio including 888 Seventh Avenue, 666 Fifth Avenue, 640 Fifth Avenue, 689 Fifth Avenue, 150 East 58th Street, One Penn Plaza, Two Penn Plaza, Eleven Penn Plaza, 330 West 34th Street, 100 West 33rd Street, 148 Spring Street, 150 Spring Street and 155 Spring Street, 85 Tenth Avenue, 512 West 22nd Street and 606 Broadway. Since joining Vornado, he has completed more than 950 transactions encompassing over 20 million square feet. Mr. Solomon is also responsible for VNO Sign, the outdoor advertising platform incorporating both digital and static signs throughout Times Square and Penn Plaza. VNO Sign recently launched the largest digital advertising screen in the world located at 1535 Broadway in the heart of Times Square. He joined Vornado Realty Trust in March 2007 and began his career as a real estate attorney. Mr. Solomon holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University and a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
