About

James has decades of experience in Real Estate finance having spent 22 years at Sterling National Bank where he closed millions of dollars in residential loans. Looking for a new and challenging environment, James decided to enter the Commercial Mortgage business where he has closed on a variety of construction, acquisition, and refinance loans for a multitude of property types, including NNN leases, mixed-use, and multi-family properties. James graduated from St. John's University with honors, and is a born and raised New Yorker. In his spare time James is an avid golfer, tango dancer, and musician / drummer.
