James Buslik is the principal of Adams & Company Real Estate, LLC. where he has been involved with the creation of office buildings, specialty buildings, incubator buildings and retail buildings. In 1979, Jim was appointed vice president of Helmsley-Spear Inc. While at Helmsley-Spear, Inc., he pursued the sales market in greater depth. Despite the declining market in 1990, Jim started James Buslik & Associates, Inc. As the firm grew, he was instrumental in developing more specialty buildings. The approach to managing and developing real estate assets led to his becoming a principal in Adams & Company. As a prominent figure in the real estate industry, Jim is a licensed real estate broker in New York. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Fashion Center Business Improvement District, as well as the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Flatiron/23rd Street Business Improvement District. Jim is President of the Port Jefferson Business Center, Inc., and The North Shore Industrial Park at Bicycle Path. He is a managing member of Deer Park Technology Center. Jim is the past president of the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center.
