Jack Davidson is an Associate of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With half a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Davidson serves as a full-service real estate advisor and assists in expanding the reach of the firm and its clients’ by executing effective business development strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davidson worked with the Jones Lange LaSalle Capital Markets and Investment sales teams in Atlanta. There, he focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies and identifying business opportunities. Mr. Davidson later joined the CBRE Agency Representation team where he facilitated communications with clients to understand their property needs. Upon moving back to his home city, Miami, Mr. Davidson held a position with Transcendent Investment Management. With experience in both the leasing and investment sales of Office, Industrial, Retail, & Land, Mr. Davidson brings a wide spectrum of experience to each assignment Mr. Davidson graduated with a Bachelors from Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
