About
Ira is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of JLL Capital Markets, Americas’ Pacific Northwest offices in Portland and Seattle. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry. Ira is primarily responsible for institutional investment advisory, recapitalizations and joint venture equity for multi-housing properties in the Pacific Northwest. During the course of his career, Ira has facilitated transactions totaling more than $6 billion in consideration.
Ira started at HFF in January 2012. Before joining the firm, he served as a senior associate at Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA), where he helped open the Portland office. Prior to that, he was a senior associate and associate director of the national multifamily group at Marcus & Millichap.
