Haley is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and underwriting prospective deals as well as assisting in the management of Urban Standard’s real estate development activities. Prior to joining Urban Standard Capital, she worked at Northeast Bank, a national commercial real estate lender and full-service bank headquartered in Boston. At Northeast Bank, she led new loan opportunities through due diligence and closing for direct mortgages and lender finance customers. She also managed a portfolio of loans secured by all asset classes throughout the US.Haley began her career at Savills on a brokerage team advising mission-based organizations on their real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Robins School of Business at University of Richmond.
