Mr. Schenker has more than 30 years of experience working locally in the New York City commercial real estate industry. He began his real estate career by working at a New York City construction site in Fort Greene, Brooklyn during summer recess from college, literally learning the real estate business from the ground up. After college, his first job was with Helmsley, at the time the largest privately held real estate company in the country and a very fertile place for learning. While working at Helmsley alongside Earle Altman, a legendary veteran New York City Real Estate professional, Gregg learned the real estate business and attended the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
