Greg Bedell joined Progressive in 2013 and specializes in representing buyers and sellers of retail investment properties. A native of the Inland Empire, Greg’s primary focus is representing buyers & sellers throughout the Inland Empire where he can best use his knowledge of the trade area to maximize value for his clients. He has also represented buyers in acquiring assets throughout the United States many of which were 1031 exchange transactions. Prior to joining Progressive, Greg worked with The Walt Disney Company in the luxury hotel department where he gained valuable experience in client relations. He also held positions with the City of Riverside and the United States Census Bureau. Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Finance, Real Estate & Law. Greg is one the founding officers of Cal Poly’s Real Estate Association and currently sits on the Alumni Board.
