Gino Lollio is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, co-leading the Healthcare Capital Markets group. With a core competency of investment sales, Gino and his team have significant experience consulting owners, developers, and investors of medical office buildings (MOB), ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), and a multitude of outpatient healthcare facilities occupied by a range of specialties. Mr. Lollio has been featured in many industry publications including The Wall Street Journal, Globe St., REJournals, Midwest Real Estate News, American Medical News, REIT.com, National Real Estate Investor, and Crain’s Chicago Business. He is on Real Estate Forum’s “Emerging Healthcare Leaders” list and was named to Crain’s 2017 list of “Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Chicago.” Mr. Lollio earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and was a four-year letterman on the varsity baseball team. Gino earned his MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) with Distinction from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
