Emile focuses on providing real estate advisory services, underwriting co-investments, along with raising debt and equity for national and international real estate investors and owners. Previously, Emile worked at Rialto Capital and Bridge Investment Group, both vertically integrated real estate investment management firms, with over $10B of AUM. During his time there he honed his skills in an array of Real Estate focused entities, ranging from Acquisitions, Asset Management, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities, and B-piece Underwriting. Emile graduated from Cornell University earning a two-year Master's Degree in Real Estate, with a concentration in Finance and Investments. He is also a graduate (and a Fulbright scholar) of Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM), earning a bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
