Doyle Toups has over 37 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily in the East Houston market specializing in port related industry and port related real estate. Prior to joining Moody Rambin Interests, Doyle was a Senior Vice President at NAI Houston where he specialized in industrial and land transactions. Preceding his work at NAI Houston, Doyle was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, where he was honored as one of the company’s top 100 brokers nationally. Since 1997, Doyle has focused 95% of his time on Port related industries and Port related properties. From 1987 to 1991, Doyle was president of D.T. Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm involved primarily in the brokerage of industrial properties. D.T. Commercial Real Services, Inc. sold and leased 5,000,000 square feet of industrial properties. From 1978 to 1985, Doyle was affiliated with the Allen Properties Company as a Partner and Vice President of Marketing.
