About
David C. Nelson is the Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Oakland office. He joined the firm in November 2005 as an agent in the San Francisco office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. David left Marcus & Millichap in 2010 to become a founding member of the Paragon Commercial Group, which was then acquired by Compass. He rejoined the firm as the Sales Manager of the San Francisco office in late 2016 and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2018.
David graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and participated in Stanford University’s Community Engaged Learning Program in computer science.
