David Green is Assistant Vice President of Retail Leasing at KSR. Since joining KSR in 2015, David has leased over 40,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area. David has extensive experience representing both tenants and landlords in the retail sphere. On the tenant side, he has represented large national tenants like Dunkin Donuts, Key Foods, ABC Imaging and Boost Mobile, and has assisted them in securing prime retail space. On the landlord side, David has assisted firms such as Askenazy Acquisitions, Icon Realty Management and the Parkoff Organization by securing large retail tenants for their New York properties. David completed a B.A in Urban Studies from Hunter College. Coming from this background, he has a broader understanding of the New York real estate market and the nuances of its many neighborhoods, and he is able to draw on this perspective to provide superior insights to his clients.
