David H. Cohen, a partner of the firm, has over 30 years of experience in handling all facets of complex real estate transactions and related matters. The scope of his practice is diversified, and includes real estate and corporate transactions with an emphasis on the representation of both tenants and landlords in retail and office leasing, and sale-leasebacks. In addition, he also represents institutional clients, corporate clients and real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial properties, development agreements, construction contracts, and commercial co-ops and condos.
