Darcie Lunsford specializes in the representation of landlords in the leasing of office buildings in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Darcie and her team executed more than 71 transactions in 2018, generating more than $65 million in aggregate lease and sale value on behalf of clients.
Darcie has a proven track record in the lease up, reposition and rebranding of office assets. Among her notable assignments was the full renovation, rebranding and re-tenanting of the largest office tower in northwest Broward, where her team increased occupancy from 20 percent to 80 percent in 24 months, raising rents by 33 percent. Darcie also oversaw the rapid lease up of the landmark Bank of America building in downtown Pompano Beach, taking occupancy from 50 percent to 92 percent, then sold it at a record capitalization rate for that submarket.
Darcie is now engaged in the marketing, rebranding and re- tenanting of the 1489-1499 Palmetto Park Road office campus in Boca Raton.
