Cory W. Kay joined Entre in 2016 after graduating from the Missouri State University with a degree in Communications/Business and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
At Entre, Cory is responsible for the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the DuPage, Cook, Kane, McHenry and Lake county markets. Cory works with his business partner Mike DeSerto, who in 2018 formed their own industrial team after several years of associate brokerage with the principal founders of Entre.
Cory’s clients have included large global corporations as well as local businesses and private equity investors. Cory has also represented numerous multi-national development groups in site selection, design-build, and ground up build-to-suit construction. Cory has created a large clientele base within the transportation and logistics industry throughout the Midwest and has brokered over 40 transactions valued in excess of $30 million since 2018.
