Chris began his commercial real estate career in 2016 as a multifamily analyst for Paul Yazbeck in Dallas’ Sperry Van Ness office. Prior to TMG, Chris worked on institutional sponsor Westmount Realty Capital’s acquisition platform.
A perspective built through both principal and brokerage firms enables Chris to provide clients with unique guidance on all aspects of multifamily acquisition and disposition. He focuses on tertiary core-plus product as well as operational arbitrage deals in DFW, San Antonio, and Houston. Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in transactions exceeding $250,000,000.
Chris actively volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Dallas and spends as much time as he can with his dog, Jeff, in the yoga studio, and traveling. He holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
