Christopher Moyer joined Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Financing, formerly Sonnenblick Goldman, in 2006 and since that time has been a member of project teams that have closed more than 50 debt, equity, and property and loan sales transactions raising more than $6.0 billion. Mr. Moyer’s experience has included a broad range of property and transactional types. His responsibilities include assessing potential equity and debt offerings, performing financial and market analyses, preparing offering materials, marketing potential transactions to equity investors and lenders and facilitating the due diligence and closing process. In addition, he is responsible for the distribution of a weekly capital markets update to over 20,000 real estate professionals. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Moyer was a Real Estate Salesperson and Assistant Team Leader with Manhattan Apartments, a New York City residential brokerage firm.
