Chris joined The Boulos Company in 2021. Prior to that he was director of acquisitions & commercial leasing at BNS Real Estate in New York, where he worked for more than 20 years. There, he was responsible for the company’s portfolio of over 1.5 million SF of industrial, office, retail, and residential properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, both as an owner and broker, Chris provides clients with a unique perspective. He’s known for playing devil’s advocate, and he relates well to both sides of a negotiation.
Chris hails from Chelmsford, Massachusetts and graduated from Colgate University. He’s a diehard New England sports fan who survived over 20 years in enemy territory. Three of his proudest moments: the birth of his son, his marriage, and slapping the lobster license plate on his car. He lives in Yarmouth, and you’ll often find him hitting up a local bakery or chocolate shop.
