As a self-employed organizer, I leverage my skills in government relations, grassroots organizing, and direct lobbying to advocate for social justice and community empowerment. I have over a year of experience as an organizer at The New Georgia Project, a nonpartisan organization that aims to increase civic engagement and political participation among Black and Brown communities in Georgia. At The New Georgia Project, I was the director of the vaccination program, a project that focused on educating and coordinating the Black and Brown communities on the COVID-19 vaccine and where they could receive them. I also led the efforts to combat misinformation and disinformation on life-saving vaccines, using various communication channels and outreach strategies. I am passionate about promoting health equity and access, and I believe that by working with diverse stakeholders and partners, we can create positive change and impact. I am eager to join an organization that shares my values and vision, and that can benefit from my diverse perspectives and experiences as an organizer.
