Brad Pepin is a Senior Director & Partner and joined Stan Johnson Company’s corporate headquarters in 2004. Pepin brings over 30 years of real estate, finance, accounting, and operational management experience to the firm. Specializing in net lease retail, office, and industrial investment sales, as well as structuring joint-venture partnerships for build-to-suit projects, Pepin puts an emphasis on establishing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional advisory & brokerage services. While at Stan Johnson Company, he has closed $2.2 billion in net lease transactions, contributing to his team’s overall volume of $9.7 billion.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Pepin served in various CFO and Corporate Controller positions. Pepin spent over a decade with FaithHighway, Inc. and Tax and Accounting Software Corp. He began his career joining Ernst & Young, LLP – a global public accounting firm in Tulsa.
