Boston Weir co-founded Henry Group Real Estate with partner, Patrick Henry, in September of 2019. Boston and Pat were both formerly with Cushman & Wakefield as well as Unique Properties/TCN Worldwide in Denver. Boston has been working in commercial real estate since 2008. He and Pat focus almost exclusively on private capital investment sales of multifamily and commercial assets, as well as land sales, land planning and development consulting. Throughout Boston’s career he has worked all facets of the brokerage business including leasing, owner/user and investment sales. The product types he has spent the majority of his focus on are multifamily, industrial, retail, land, urban re-development and adaptive re-use properties. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Boston worked for several boutique CRE investment and brokerage firms while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. Boston has completed over 500 lease and sale transactions, equating to over 10M square feet of space and over $750M in total deal consideration.
