Blake is a Market Director for the Dallas Industrial Group and focuses on agency leasing, sourcing development opportunities, acquisitions and tenant representation. Blake began his career with HLC as an intern and in 2019 he joined the team as a Market Analyst. Blake brings over 4 years of experience and is responsible for leasing 7 million square feet in the NE Dallas submarket. During his 4 years, he has completed 200 transactions totaling over $100 million consideration. His detail-oriented approach provides clients with the analysis they need in order to make smart real estate decisions. Prior to joining HLC, Blake attended Gordon College in Boston Massachusetts where he played on the Men’s Soccer team all four years. He graduated in 2018 with a BA in Finance and Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, watching sports and just about anything outdoors.
