Meet Benjamin Wiles, he started off his career as a welder at Westendorf Manufacturing out of high school and moved to Iowa to pursue arc welding for tractor parts and excavators. After many months of coming home covered in metal dust and burns, he decided to pivot and spend time as a bartender and jeweler in Sioux City before deciding to move back to New York where he began his journey in real estate. He began his career at RE/MAX Town & County and joined the Howard Payson Team in Fishkill where he focused on selling homes in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess. While working there for a year as a residential agent, he decided to segue into the commercial real estate sector to join the Exodus Capital team. In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys fishing, going to the gym and spending time with his family.
