Anthony Longo is a Managing Partner and a founding member of Alpha Capital CRE. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on institutional and entrepreneurial sponsors providing expertise encompassing but not limited to, joint ventures, discretionary funds, debt financing and advisory services owners. Mr. Longo specializes in originating capital for transactions throughout the United States covering all product types: multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Mr. Longo has been involved in over $1 billion of capital markets transactions. Prior to forming Alpha in 2008, Mr. Longo worked for a private REIT in the capital markets division as the Director of Equity as well as Citigroup.
