Andrew Pilchick, CAIA, serves as Managing Director at HKS Real Estate Advisors, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in commercial real estate capital markets. In his role, Andrew specializes in structuring new debt capitalizations on behalf of sponsors, providing lender finance solutions, and assisting lenders with sub-performing and non-performing loan sales. Prior to joining HKS, Andrew led special situations originations for a private equity-backed joint venture, showcasing his adeptness in navigating complex financial landscapes. His experience includes ground-up construction, mid-construction, lease-up strategies and permanent finance across most asset classes Andrew holds a Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Florida, which included studies at University College London's Management Science and Innovation program. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
