Andrew leads acquisitions and capital markets at MBI. He most recently held a Vice President of Multifamily Investments position at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. Focused on the Orange County and greater LA real estate markets, he has personally transacted on $275M+ worth of apartment real estate, which contributed to his team’s milestone of $1B+ in the last 6 years. Andrew graduated from University of Southern California with his Masters in Real Estate Development and from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors in Agricultural Business. Andrew and Morgan tag team investor relations and asset management at MBI.
