Founder - Alexandre Goulet began his career in 2016 at ARM Real Estate Group. While there, Alexandre was responsible for spearheading ARM’s growing development site sales business. In 4 years, he completed transactions totaling over $100,000,000, representing more than 1,000,000 sqft. of development rights. Alexandre also co-headed the firm’s loan advisory business, working with lenders and developers on a variety of mandates. Alexandre graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business, with a concentration in Finance, from Bishop’s University in Canada. He resides in New York City with his wife, and dog. In his free time, he enjoys martial arts, running, and reading.
