In accordance with New York State Law effective April 20, 2022, VGR’s standardized operating procedures shall include the following: (i) prospective clients are not required to show identification; (ii) an exclusive broker agreement is not required; and (iii) pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required. VGR is a licensed real estate brokerage among other service lines and adheres to local license laws in any jurisdiction the firm is operating.
