As the Sales Manager of James Capital's Phoenix office, Tom spearheads the firm's expansion and growth in Arizona. Tom originally joined James Capital in 2018 as the company's first multifamily agent. An expert in Multifamily investment sales in Southern California, Tom's fifteen plus years in real estate, first as a litigation attorney, and since 2007 as a commercial real estate agent, has given Tom the necessary experience to grow James Capital's footprint in The Valley through strong mentorship and support to the firm's Arizona agents. As an agent, Tom's driven approach and scholarly understanding of submarket and macroeconomic trends allowed him to provide advisory, financing, and transactional services for private investors, syndicates, developers, REITs, and financial institutions.
