Mayhugh Commercial Advisors was established by Charles E. Mayhugh (“Chuck”), a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida since 1975. We specialize in listing, selling, and the development of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate. In addition to offering normal services of real estate, Chuck’s expertise and vast knowledge of real estate land trusts, performing and coordinating small and large scale property assemblages, researching and personally inspecting critical site data and site characteristics, offers our clients the professional experience they deserve and expect in the process of selecting the right investment opportunity in today’s real estate environment. Chuck’s son, Chase Mayhugh, received his sales associates license at the age of 19, his Brokers license at 21.
