Bruce was licensed as a Sales Associate in 1986 and then as a Broker in 1989 and has since successfully assisted hundreds of clients. Having an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen mind for business, Bruce built his own commercial real estate company, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and retail properties. He sold the company in 2004 so that he could focus his efforts on a family-owned company serving as President and CEO. Bruce then went on to hold the position of Executive Vice President of an Optical Media Manufacturing Company. Six years later, he stepped down and relocated to Southwest Florida to return to his real passion, commercial real estate. Now as the qualifying broker of LandQwest Commercial, Bruce comes with a wealth of knowledge and vast experience in manufacturing, distribution and commercial real estate.
