K&M Real Estate Group is an independent real estate brokerage based in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston. We specialize in the sale and leasing of homes, condominiums and investment properties in Greater Boston. The company was founded by Kirsten McEleney and Mike Tokatlyan after working together on several new construction developments with our general counsel, Michael Welsh. Mike began his career as an attorney, but later obtained his GC license to pursue his passion in real estate as a builder-developer with a successful and growing portfolio. Kirsten is an active and aggressive agent with a high volume of residential and investment property sales, as well as an investor and developer on several projects. Michael has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction, and advises the firm on legal matters, underwriting, and business strategies. Our wide-ranging experience in real estate, construction and development enables us to add value to every transaction. We look forward to servicing our clients and building lasting relationships.
