About

Kirsten McEleney co-founded K&M Real Estate Group with Mike Tokatlyan in March of 2023 after two strong years as an agent selling homes and investment properties in Greater Boston. Kirsten’s transactions have included single family homes, condominiums, development sites, multifamily homes, new construction townhomes, lodging houses, and a top-floor penthouse at the Ritz Carlton Residences. In addition to brokering, she has also participated in projects as an investor and development consultant. Kirsten grew up in Canton and has lived in South Boston since 2016, and is on the Young Leaders Committee for Caritas Communities which provides affordable housing and financial assistance to those in need. As a direct descendant of an important figure in the American Revolution, Kirsten is also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, a non-profit organization with a lineage-based membership dedicated to historic preservation and the promotion of patriotic endeavor.
